Equine Photography Workshop

For budding Photographers of all skill levels.
If you love Horses and Love to take pictures of them, but are frustrated by the results of your picture taking efforts, then this fun filled - hands on workshop is for you.
You will Learn

• How to pose both horse and rider for beautiful portraits
• How to capture the “Jump Shot” at just the right moment
• You will learn how to recognize “The right place and the right time”
• Equine photographer Linda Finstad will explain how you too can “See the light”
• Linda will share easy tricks for artistic effects
• Freestyle and action shots made easy

 

You will receive an easy to follow Workbook
“How to Shoot like the Pro’s Photographically of Course”

Workshop Info:
Each workshop is approx 4 hours (sometimes we are having so much fun – it goes on much longer)
We do take a break so please bring a snack and water.
Bring your camera - this is a hands on course.
We will be outside shooting horses (photographically of course) so please wear suitable footwear, a hat and sun screen if it is sunny - and don’t forget the bug spray.

Registration deadline is one week prior to the workshop date
A minimum of 5 participants required to run the course and a maximum of 20. For larger workshops we will have more equine models and split the participants into small groups.

If you would like to volunteer to be an equine model at one of our photo workshops please contact Linda Finstad info@asharperimage.ca
This is a great way to really learn the “how too’s of equine Photography” and also get some great pictures of you and your horse. It is a 2 hour commitment and will involve both mounted and halter shots.
