Photographing people at work provides an intimate glimpse into what their real life is like. Very Often, pictures of people at work identify their challenges and achievements' candidly. One advantage is that you have built-in props. Holding a tool or a product makes you less self-conscious and solves the problem of what to do with your hands: An artist can be holding his brush poised to add the final touches. The sculptor can be chiselling his stone and unveiling the hidden art within. The interior decorator can be adding the final touches to a beautiful table setting.

What is a working Portfolio?

It is a series of 12 - 24 images of YOU doing what you do.
These images can be part of a process i.e.
An Artist working portfolio might include images of  him starting with a blank canvass to finished masterpiece, pictures of him stretching the canvas or adding a frame, posed with a number of finished pictures, cleaning his brushes, a close up of the concentration on his face as he adds more paint etc.

How it works

• We bring everything needed to create stunning professional images, to your work place at your convenience
• The photo shoot takes up to 3 hours
• You receive a CD with all the high resolution images from your shoot (with full commercial usage ) for you to use in your advertising/ website/ biz cards/ galler submissions/ brochures etc.
• Plus a second CD containing web ready - Low resolution images
• A selection of the best images will be processed and edited
• And presented to you as your working portfolio 12 - 8 x 10 prints (a $300 value)

If you require more than 3 hours of shoot time you will be charged our regular commercial rate of $100 per hour.
Extra 8 x 10 images cost $25.00 each

Linda will arrive at your Equine business bright and early to capture the "Whole day"

The goal is to provide you with over 250 high resolution images, with full commersial usage rights - that you can use in a variety of ways including:

Web site - targeted ad campaigns - brochures - tack room portfolios - posters - flyers - biz cards - banners etc.

The photo shoot will include all aspects of the "day to day" activities within your business including:

Facility - Owners - staff - horses - disciplines - clients - lessons - training sessions - grooming - clean up and goodnight ( horses turned out for the night)

How it works

• We arrange a time to sit down and discuss your business - so Linda can truly understand the image you are trying to portray. Prior to the shoot
• We supply you with model release forms for anyone you wish to be featured in your images - very important. (These must be signed prior to the shoot)
• The photo shoot may take up to 8 hours - We start early to record all the preperation needed to offer equine services and stay until we have "All the images" you need
• Linda is an experienced horse woman ( B.H.S.A.I ) and will not disrupt the daily operation of your business
• You receive a CD with all the high resolution images from your shoot (with full commercial usage ) for you to use in your advertising/ website/ biz cards/ galler submissions/ brochures etc.
• Plus a second CD of web ready ( low resolution ) images
• A selection of the best images will be processed and edited
• And presented to you as a working portfolio containing 20 - 8 x 10 prints (a $500 value) this is a great resource to have on hand to show potential clients that visit your facility.
