However commercial photography usually falls into two categories;

Product Photography
Product photography is to some degree an art. How many different
ways can a product be shot and still be successful at achieving
the goals of clear and distinct representation. Many clients
require simple straight forward product shots with a plain background.
Which are perfect for web pages. This type of photography requires
special lighting and editing techniques to create. Especially
when achieving natural shadows is important. This type of photography
is very versatile and can be used in many mediums effectively
such as print, catalogue or an online store.
In sharp contrast items photographed against a black background
with a mirror reflection really grab attention. However highly
reflective objects and mirrored surfaces also require careful
lighting and attention to stray reflections that may be captured
in the finished image. Anything with highly reflective surfaces
such as jewellery, or anything that is clear like glassware,
requires special techniques and takes more time. Deluxe images
are most suited for magazine ads, promotional postcards, any
sort of feature web or print where your product has to look its
very best.
Individual Small item - shot in the studio $39.00 per item
If you have only a couple of pieces this is the cheapest way
to go
However if you have multiple items and they all require similar
lighting and set up our commercial hourly rate will be more economical
Small item - shot in the studio $100.00 per hour
Individual Large item - shot on location $69.00 per item
Multiple Large items - shot on location hourly rate $120.00
Large items are products that cannot be easily brought to the
studio and photographed on a table.
We bring to your location all the lights / backdrops and equipment
needed to conduct a professional photo shoot.
Event Photography
This can be anything from a ground breaking ceremony to formals
at an awards ceremony or a Corporate Christmas party.
Prices may vary on the amount of equipment needed and location
of event.
From $150.00 per hour. Minimum 2 hour time slot
